The beautiful kidney-shaped overflow swimming pool at BeingSattvaa, with a Borneo ironwood pool deck, is situated at a natural edge with stunning views of the sunrise, filtering through the native rainforest.
Our swimming pool is open from 6.30 AM – 9 PM. Children should be supervised at all times.
The Spa at BeingSattvaa has two luxurious treatment rooms, each with two spa beds, overlooking the rainforest; a hair-spa and manicure/pedicure stations. The spa treatments and remedies will be based on highly respected traditional treatments - a mix of Balinese and Ayurvedic treatments for complete rejuvenation. The spa experience will stimulate circulation and metabolism and will transport you to a blissful state where the body and mind are completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
All the treatments at BeingSattva Spa will be begin with our unique foot bath ritual with its natural and fresh ingredients. The exotic aromas of spices and fragrant blooms and the gentle sound of music will bathe your senses and lull you into a totally relaxed state.
Beingsattvaa's Yoga pavilion with two studios, is in an incredibly magical setting, overlooking the pristine rainforest above and lush green grass and foliage below. They are at one end of the propety, situated on a natural edge of a ravine. The two studios are multi-purpose studios, which can be used as conference rooms or Yoga studios, depending on the need and situation. Both studios are fully equipped with Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps and other accessories and have state-of-the-art audio and video facilities.
Each studio can seat upto 30 people in Yoga mat configuration and many more in theatre style seating.
Beingsattvaa has a tropical Balinese garden full of lush green foliage and natural landscapes. There are three things that make it a Balinese garden: tropical plants like Heliconias and Frangipani, Balinese style of lanterns that are throughout the garden, and the pavilions that are situated at the edge of the garden. Living spaces merge seamlessly with the garden to give you a feel of living in a tree-house. The garden has several water features, including the entrance lotus pond dotted with multi-colour water lilies, water features at each of the living pavilions and near the meeting spaces. The sound of water gives the garden a feeling of tranquility and peacefulness.
In addition to ornamental plants, the Beingsattvaa garden is full of edible plants that were originally on site and planted specifically. The slopeas of the property are used to grow coconuts, papayas, bananas, jackfruit, rambutan and other fruits under organic conditions and are served to the guests as part of the menu. An organic vegetable and herb garden is also underway, which is a source of produce for the Beingsattvaa kitchen. The special organic vegetable garden has heirloom tomatoes, green and long beans, cucumbers, corn, peppers, eggplants and many other vegetables. A special garden for greens including all kinds of lettuce, spinach and herbs is currently underway.
The Beingsattvaa kitchen is unique and open, overlooking the rainforest. Guests can watch the kitchen staff at work. A Beingsattvaa kitchen and dining experience is an integral part of the overall Beingsattvaa experience as we believe that nutrition plays a crucial role in wellbeing. The BeingSattvaa kitchen is a fully-equipped modern kitchen that serves delectable, delicious, yet healthy cuisine, made from plant-based, predominantly organic and locally sourced materials; Cuisine is international with a mix of Indian, Indonesian, Western and Mediterranean vegetarian food, which is sustainable, simple, pure and real.
The Beingsattvaa kitchen believes in the axiom - 'your food is your medicine' and will endeavor to serve healing foods that are beneficial to the body. You will begin the day with a healthy breakfast with fresh fruit and cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, whole-grain bread, and other remarkable health-food options; lunch options of salads, main courses which will be plant-based with high quality dairy products including cheese and natural Yogurt; healthy dinner options, all of which will avoid excessive use of sugar or processed foods. We will allow moderate alcohol consumption, restricted to wines. The principle behind our food will be - wholesome fare for the body, mind and spirit that enhances wellbeing.
The beautiful dining room, overlooking the rainforest has seating arrangements that can be configured as tabes for 4, 6, 8 or more people. Furnished in colourful table linen from Jaipur, India, with colourful tableware and accessories, the dining experience will be personalised and unique. We can cater to individual guests as well as groups. Menus are tailored accordingly.
